[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Support and manage team's sales activities in closely collaboration within retail specialist and MD team. Monitor and find missing parts of each store and provide information to sales and MD team. Ask MD team to replenish products if necessary in accordance with store's needs

- Create all the regular reports (weekly/monthly/closing/global dashboard, etc) with data consolidation and analysis, and provide them to the team for quantitative/qualitative feedback

- Regularly report and provide necessary data and information related to sales materials, forecast and promotional activities through consolidation of each DTC channel's plan from retail specialists and area managers

- According to manager's direction, provide detailed and actionable data analytics such as feasibility analytics of target channel to define additional opportunities in the existing and new stores 

- Develop sales materials (e.g. slide deck, sales tools to review data)

- Share retail best practices with all the store staffs

- Back up and support sales closing works and issue or process bill or invoices if necessary

- Participate in-store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs

[REQUIREMENTS]

- 5~10+ years of work experience in sales planning and operation

- Strong in excel, number and analysis

- Understanding ofe fashion market, customers and retail trends

- Effective communication skills 

- Capable English communication skills
