A foreign pharmaceutical company is seeking a ‘Formulation Team Leader’ as follow;

* Job Title: Formulation Team Leader

* Position: Bujang ~ Chajang

* Location: Gyunggi-do

 

[SUMMARY OF POSITION]

1. Make intangible profit by providing human, information and physical services to formulation researchers to improve work efficiency as much as possible under the most appropriate environment.

2. Fully understand objectives and directions that our company pursue and make appropriate output in a timely manner.

3. Expand its research pipeline through the creation of new projects and enhance the possibility of new project launching by the investigating for the new formulation techniques, patents and papers etc.,.

4. Effective management of new and ongoing projects, tech-transfer for optimized manufacturing process in GMP site

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. New project creation, technical analysis and risk analysis of project, project development planning

2. Formulation design – IMD and Generics : optimization of  manufacturing process

3. Strategy design and management of non-clinical study

4. Management of tech-transfer for manufacturing process

5. Management of intelligent intangible asset and documentations

6. Team management - Team KPI setting, coaching, and management goals for performance improvement, communication, training, motivation

7. Budget management for formulation study - Appropriate allocation of the Budget for formulation study

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

1. More than 12 years-experience in related field              

2. Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in pharmacy or pharmaceutics     

3. Good communication skill, Knowledge Related to pharmacy or pharmaceutical engineering, Ability of creation of new project, Managerial and Organizational Skills
