A foreign pharmaceutical company is seeking a ‘Head of Plant (공장장) ’ as follow;

* Job Title : Head of Plant (공장장) 

* Location: 공주

{Responsibilities}

1. Head of Plant

- Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

- Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

 

2. Safety and hygiene management as plant safety and hygiene manager

- Direct safety manager and manage the plant safety .

 

3. Qualified manufacturing

- Work for manufacturing process, manufacturing hygiene, warehousing, SOP, production direction, deviation, customer complaint, recall, quality support

{Requirements}

1. Minimum 10+ years of experience in operation, quality and other plant work.                           

2. Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in pharmacy, pharmacist

3. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)

4. GMP knowledge regarding MFDS, EU, PICs GMP

5. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills

6. Good English and computer skill (MS office etc.)

7. Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a matrix team environment in a collaborative manner
