A leading global waste operation company is seeking a ‘Operation Manager’ as follow;

- Title: Deputy Managing Director of Waste Business (Operation Manager)

- Position:  Bujang ~ Isa

- Age: 40’s

- Reporting to Division Head (Foreigner)

- Location: Seoul HQ

 

[Responsibilities] 

- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

- Supervise staff from different activity in the Waste Business Line and provide constructive feedback

- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability & develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data

- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established Waste regulations & Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace

 

[Qualifications]

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)/ Engineering

- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role & waste activities

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities & Possess good oral and written English skills to function effectively within an international team

- Effective decision making skills

- Experience with developing budgets and writing business plans
