A global leading foreign company is seeking a ‘Finance Controller’ as follow:

~ Job Title: Finance Controller

~ Position:  Gwajang Level

~ Experience: 5 ~ 8 years

~ Location:  Seoul (HQ)

 

{Roles and Responsibilities}

1. Analysis and assessment of the financial and operational performance of the project
- Based upon actual figures (monthly, quarterly or annual closing) vs. budget forecast and estimates
- Revenues: value and trends based on indexation
- Costs: trends and monitoring saving plan
- SG&A monitoring
2. Cash flow by project
- Responsible for accuracy cash forecast timely
- Communicate with OPE and relevant industrial CAPEX and disposals
3. Set up and follow-up of KPIs, which are directly impacting EBITDA as well as revenues, with OPE
- KPIs: volumes, primary costs, and any indications that impact EBITDA as well as revenues
- Advise relevant people to reach profit maximizing idea through KPI management
4. Communication with relevant people, controllers should help translate strategic goal or target into specific plans and related expenses or costs
5. Making budget/Forecast/Flash/LTP with OPE

 

{Qualifications}

- University degree (Business major preferred)
- 5 ~ 8 years experience in budget and planning

- Over 5 years of SAP FI/CO Module with finance background

- Must have plant control experience

- Good spoken & written English

- Good MS Excel skill

- Team Player
