[ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE]

- Reports to : Direct reporting to VP of APAC Supply Chain & Operations

- Part of APAC Supply Chain & Operations team

- Close working relations with all Commercial Leadership team members

- Other: Active within the Korea pharmaceutical industry networks

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

1.       Manage the plant operation to optimize quality, EHS standards, Customer Service and continuously improve productivity and cost.

2.       Continuously assess and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in support of strategy execution to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and the company P&L targets

3.       Manage the budget & sites capex plan

4.       Attract, select, develop, and retain top diverse talent needed to create high performance team.

5.       Address promptly employees issues/ complaints and build a good labor relations and relationships with local Unions. Manage direct reports and support functions as one team having common purpose and direction.

6.       Openly discuss and work to eliminate barriers in the cross functional teams and bottle necks in production and supply chain processes.

7.       Make sure the operations comply with the company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and EHS guidelines.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

~ Good communication skills in English and Korean

~ BSc / MSc (major in chemical or pharmaceutical)

~ At least 10 years of experience in production management positions. Preferably in multi-national companies and within a manufacturing environment.

~ People management Skills
