One of global leading MNCs is seeking a ‘IT Engineer (Helpdesk)' as follow;
* Job Title: IT Engineer (Helpdesk)

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Server, Network Administrator
- Vendor management
- End user trouble shooting support: Helpdesk Management (End user computing)
- IT administration & Asset control
- HQ PC (Desktop & Laptop & Server) Management
- Security Support
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Preferred over 3 years of End User Support experience
- Preferred English (Verbal + Written Proficiency) skill
- Essential experience in escalation process, documentation and report
- Preferred to Certification in MCSE / ITSM (or equivalent training & project working experience)
