외국계 제약회사에서 “CRM (Clinical Research Manager)” 업무를 하실 분을 찾고 있습니다.

- Position:  CRM (Clinical Research Maanger)

- Title: 부장 ~ 차장 (팀장)

- Location: 서울 본사

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of clinical research associates and specialists participating in a clinical trial. 

- Train clinical research team members and evaluating their performance

- Support principal investigators with both internal and external grant application process, review protocols, develop budgets, and etc.

- Develop implementation plan: coordinate clinical activity with all staff including the physicians, fellows, residents, nursing, clerical staff

- Development of clinical systems to assure compliance with protocol documentation and analysis 

- Manage clinical protocols: recruit and educate eligible patients

- Analyze protocol data to assure compliance and evaluate effectiveness of clinical trial. 

- Develop project budgets and will be held responsible for adhering to approved clinical research budget. 

- Coordinate with Data Manager as it relates to Clinical Trials Protocol 

- Maintain patient records in accordance with division protocols and regulatory compliance. 

- Preparation and submission of annual reports and regulatory information to regulatory agencies 

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree and more than 10 years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

- Experience in clinical research

- Experience in people management

- Capable of working on multiple studies and multi-tasking

- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication, and organizational skills are required

- Demonstrated creativity, problem solving, critical analysis, initiative, judgment and, decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and meet budget goals.

- Demonstrated solid planning and organizational skills.
