[RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. Process Safety Management

- the process safety strategy implementation from zone level to operational level

- Implementation of process safety best practices and procedures, 

  including management of change or emergency planning & response procedures

- Facilitating Process Hazard Analysis (Hazard and operability studies - HAZOP or others methodologies such as FMEA) 

  in operations or at design phases. In charge of ATEX assessment, or their validation

- Involved in due diligence to assess process safety performance I culture of the potential acquisitions

- The transfer of competencies and built up of a process safety network in the organization

- Support and training resources in the field of process safety

- Incident investigation

- The alignment with corporate guidelines regarding process safety

2. Support Business Development

- Involved in the technical team during tenders phase regarding process safety strategy definition and long term budget preparation

3. Relation with Global Headquarter

- Continuous and smooth communication to benefit from the best Head Quarters support

[REQUIREMENT]

- Bachelor Degree holder in Process Engineering

- At least 5 -10 years as process safety engineer or in a technical role with a clear process safety references in industrial world

- Must be able to communicate in fluent written and spoken English, good in Chinese is a "plus"

- Experienced with process safety management

- Able to manage several projects in parallel

- Knowledge to understand risks for the processes and understand site activities & organization

- Experienced in integrating process safety processes in the asset management strategy
