[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. Project & Digital Strategy Management 

• Establish the system in IT area leading to expand business and promote projects; review requirements and manage the progress of its implementation. 

• Planning the digitalization of business operations to meet business needs, optimizing IT investments, and conducting ROI analysis. 

• Provide data analysis and business intelligence support to all the stakeholders. 

• Plan, lead and track progress of software development work. 

• Map out overall execution plan and ensure that roles & responsibility, objectives, commitment, deliverables and 
schedule are clearly communicated to team members & customers. 

• Understand and analyse requirements to assist in development of technical design specification and translating design 
into process/program specifications. 

• Taking lead of projects. 

• Able to work with the product owner to prioritize project work and technical debt to ensure optimum use of technical 
resources. 

• Ensuring quality in the development process and providing ongoing maintenance. 

• Responsible for clear communication (both written and verbal) with technical and non-technical contacts (internal and 
external) and all seniority levels. 

2. Owned Mall Project Management 
• Work closely with brand Global agency to manage the deployment and the projects in the Owned ecommerce mall from an application point of view. 
• Delivery of enhancements and projects following the formal planning, tracking and reporting mechanisms that align to the project management office (PMO) standards. 

• Endorsing the Project Managers role for some initiatives. Monitors progress to ensure project deliverables are met. Track progress to plan. Communicates status to project team members and management. 

• Works regularly with regional E-com department in achieving a better understanding of all data flowing in and out of Digital program management tools. 

3. Outsourcing & Vendor Management 

• Manage IT outsourcer regarding the in-house company's matter. 

4. IT Support Management 

• Provide IT support for stores in cooperation with the DTC department as well as providing operational support for POS system and other IT systems in stores. 


• Manage the customer's personal information data and privacy by collaborating with IT Shared Service. 


• Manage and resolve IT issues to support the business team. 


[REQUIREMENTS]

• +5 years of experience in IT related role. 

• +3 years of Project manager and Data Analyst experience. 

• Able to handle Database (Oracle, SQL etc.) and related experience. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

• Previous experience working on large transformational initiatives / re-platforms, local solution company to link API

• Experience in establishing Magento EC platform is preferred. 

• IT network knowledge preferred. 

• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

• Ability to work hands-on, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the 
organization, as well as with external stakeholders. 

• Able to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs with flexibility. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred 

• Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) and cosmetics is preferred.
