A global foreign company is seeking a ‘HR Director’ as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Responsible for overall  HR issues and policies - C&B, Recruiting, Employee Relationship, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Policy & Guideline management, and Labor Union Issues

- Manage and supervise HR staffs

- Report to Country Manager

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or Law

- 15+ years of experience in HR

- People management experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills + Communication skills

- Positive thinking & attitude

- Good leadership

- Knowledge of the labor standard act (labor union experience will be good asset)

- Fluency in English and Korean preferred (not must)
