One of foreign tobacco company is seeking a ‘Sales Manager' as follow;
* Job Title: Sales Manager
* Location: Seoul
Responsibilities
1. Manage sales territory with supervision and assistance;
2. Understand sales goals and assist business unit in establishing and applying business plans;
3. Proactively report all new or unusual pertinent market conditions to supervisor as well as product performance information;
4. Maintain and develop sales channels in the assigned territory and develop new channels independently;
5. Represent business unit products and services to customers and prospect and provide appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors;
6. Handel simple or moderate complaint independently and request instruction and assistance from superior in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge;
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 5+ years related working experience as business leader in Tobacco or related market;
3. Solid knowledge of customer segments and their needs in the related market;
4. Advanced communication skills, influencing skills and selling skills;
5. Good time and territory management skill;
6. Good problem-solving ability;
7. Excellent English communication skill both in written and oral.
