A global leading Bio Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a ‘Purification Team Leader’ as follow:

- Job Title: Purification Team Leader

- Position: above Director

- Experience: over 20 years in major biopharmaceutical companies

- Location: South Korea

{Responsibilities}

- Responsible for the overall operations and performance of purification manufacturing

- Responsible for supporting technical assessment in obtaining new business.

- Develops the vision and direction of the purification operational strategy in conjunction with MS&T vision set forth by the Chief Operating Officer (Head of Manufacturing)

- Regularly monitors and evaluates Purification operational performance to meet company objectives

- Collaborates within manufacturing division and quality divisions (and Customer) to generate Master Batch Records to implement Customer process

- Performs investigations for closure of critical manufacturing deviations with impact to batch release

- Ensures reporting and provides trending of execution activities for Purification Activities

- Directs the oversight of Purification equipment preventative maintenance

- Directs the development of technical knowledge and decision-making skills for the Purification team members

- Ensures all plant safety policies and procedures are met with internal and external regulatory standards

{Requirements}

- Job Title: above director level

- Experience: Over 20 years in major biopharmaceutical company (Genentech, BMS, Pfizer, etc...)

- Korean American is preferred
