A global leading Bio Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a ‘Cell Culture Team Leader’ as follow:

- Job Title: Cell Culture Team Leader

- Position: above Director

- Experience: over 20 years in major biopharmaceutical companies

- Location: South Korea

{Responsibilities}

- Responsible for overall operations and performance of Upstream Manufacturing

- Supporting technical assessment in obtaining new business, providing technical support during upstream processing, and managing people in Cell Culture group

- Develops the vision and direction of the Cell culture operational strategy in conjunction with MS&T vision set forth by the Chief Operating Officer (Head of Manufacturing)

- Regularly monitors and evaluates Cell Culture operational performance

- Collaborates within Manufacturing division and with Quality (and Client) to generate MBRs to implement Client process

- Performs investigations for closure of critical deviations with impact to batch release

- Ensures reporting and provides trending of execution activities for Cell Culture Activities

- Interacts with executive leadership to optimize strategy and maximize efficiency in all operational aspects

- Promotes programs and services to manufacture products in a cost-effective manner

- Directs the oversight of DS and DP Technical Core housekeeping and maintenance

- Directs the oversight of Cell Culture equipment preventative maintenance

- Ensures all plant safety policies and procedures are met with internal and external regulatory standards

- Job Title: above director level

- Experience: Over 20 years in major biopharmaceutical company (Genentech, BMS, Pfizer, etc...)

- Korean American is preferred
