A famous international company is seeking a ‘Legal Counsel’ as follow;
* Location: Seoul
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating general and commercial contracts
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, amending any documents required for corporate transactions
- Providing sound and reliable advice on various legal, commercial, and/or risk issues relating to various projects
- Draft any and all required corporate documents to ensure day-to-day business
- Advising and assisting on all varieties of legal matters in Korean laws;
- Advise internal clients on compliance and regulatory changes and developments
- Support in management project claims, litigation and international arbitrations.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor's degree with solid academic credentials,
- Juris Doctorate from 1st tier law school, and qualified to practice in Korea;
- At least 3 years experience and expertise as a member of top law firm and/or legal department of large company
- Sound understanding of fundamental construction law, construction contract issues and construction project risks
- Able to speak and draft in English and Korean
- Sound understanding of fundamental construction law, construction contract issues and construction project risks
- Nationality – Korean.
