One of global food leaders is seeking an ‘Accountant’ as follow:

Job Title: Accountant

Position:  Gwajang ~ Daeri

Location: Seoul (Gangnam)

Reporting to Finance Lead

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Maintain full set of financial records for the entity, including Balance Sheet Reconciliation in compliance with local accounting standard and US GAAP.

·      Ensure compliance can adherence to Company policies and procedures.

·      Support Data entry management using Microsoft Dynamics NAV

·      Support Finance Lead for monthly closing activities for entities, including preparation / posting of entries, reconciliation of accounts etc

·      Support accounts payable / receivable function

·      Assist in accurate and timely filing of statutory accounts and tax filing, including VAT and WHT.

·      Assist in facilitation of audits and tax filings

·      Other ad-hoc activities, as required

 

EDUCATION:

•    Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualifications

 

EXPERIENCE:

•    Minimum 5 years of accounting experience covering entire general ledger (A/R, A/P, fixed assets, intercompany charging)

•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel

•    Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is highly preferred

•    Mark to Market knowledge is a Plus
