외국계 제약회사에서 다음과 같이 “임상개발팀장” 업무를 하실 분을 찾습니다.

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Manages study operational plan and CRO activities
- Participates in the selection of study vendors for assigned studies
- Reviews and refines clinical operational plans
- Coordinates internal and external clinical development activities of all team members
- Participates in the selection of investigational sites
- Oversees clinical trial sites’ adherence to pertinent regulations through review of monitoring reports and communicating with personnel
- Leads ongoing review of data to ensure GCP
- Oversees the submission of trial-related and essential documents to the Trial Master File
- Represents Clinical Operations in cross-functional initiatives
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- BS or Master’s Degree in nursing, life science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience
- Previous experience negotiating vendor/site contracts and managing the budgets
- Solid vendor management skills
- Experience with Phase I – IV clinical trials
- Proficient with English
