* Job Title :  EHS Manager

<Responsibilities>

- Ensure compliance with all Korean regulations relevant to EHS and with the corporate EHS standards

- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors so they can maintain a safe and environmentally sound workplace. 

- Provide technical advice on EHS issues 

- Lead / provide EHS training to managers, supervisors and employees 

- Maintain liaison with local and state government agencies regarding EHS matters. 

- Maintain metrics on leading indicators for safety and environment. Drive the near miss reporting, inspections, risk assessment, and other programs to reduce accidents. 

- Provide EHS support and guidance to engineering projects 

- Analyze injury data to determine needed courses of action to improve safety and environmental systems.

- EHS audit for internal and key external sites like 3PL warehouse and CMO(s).

<Requirements>

- Bachelor’s degree or an appropriate degree for Korea necessary to be qualified as a EHS professional

- Certified Safety professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and or nurse degree

- Experience with Containment systems, Hazardous operations or knowledge in Pharmaceutical R&D and Manufacturing

- Over 10 years of EHS experience, preferably in production facilities and specifically in cGMP environment
