외국계 자동차 업체에서 다음과 같이 “Warranty & Service Contract Adviser’를 찾습니다.
* Job Title: Warranty & Service Contract Advisor
* Position: 주임~대리
* Gender: Male or Female
* Location: 경기도
[Responsibilities]
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle configuration
- Control of Warranty policy & Support warranty audits at Dealer site
- Revise warranty labor rate and part reimbursement rule by commercial repair
- Audit all claims from workshops
- Check all warranty process including all documents of warranty & failure part handling.
- Support of implementation & f/up product recall campaigns, technical field actions
- Support of the Service Contract business:
- Take care of customer complaints and find solutions for their satisfaction.
- Support DMS data analysis, e.g. vehicle throughput, customer data base, ERC & EWR
- To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required
- Maintain internal communication
[Qualifications]
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (Automotive industry preferred)
- Language skills: English (Intermediate level or higher) / Korean (Native)
- MS-office: Excel & Powerpoint (Expert level)
