A global sports fashion company is seeking a ‘SCM Manager' as follow;
* Job Title : SCM Manager
* Location: Seoul
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- To lead restructuring of new supply network structures in Company : Implement the strategy for efficient logistics process for Company / Improve overall work process / Management outsourcing (3PL) / Manage for efficient cost / Ensure and handle the in/outbound shipment schedule
- To improve cash flow and profitability, review and improve overall process for MOH
- To handle KPI and lead benchmarking process
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Minimum 10 years of SCM and Logistic experiences in Fashion industry
- Preferred good leadership and people management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
