[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Consistent delivery of first-class customer service and customer satisfaction
- Cooperate complexity reduction programmes to improve focus and Gross Profit enhancement
- Direct ordering and supply management from internal / external manufacturers
- Focus on supply chain efficiency & service improvement
- Inventory management / working capital
- Development of Sales & Operations Planning processes
- Sales forecast accuracy improvement
- Execution of promotional, sourcing & New launch planning
- Review and monitoring capacity utilisation against demand.
- Delivering continuous cost reduction through cost-effective way of scheduling and to keep all costs to the company to a minimum, specifically those associated with transport and storage.
- Supporting the implementation of the supply strategy and to lead the continuous development of all system, procedures and work instructions necessary to ensure that the department fully complies with company policy.
- Achieve all key measurable in relation to stock levels, supplier performance and customer satisfaction through managing appropriate inventory, service levels per agreed guidelines.
- You will be expected to identify and resolve shortages and raises issues appropriately
- Ensure that contract manufacturing management is kept informed of timely delivery of products to meet schedule needs.
- Liaise with all departments for forecasting and customers for daily ordering requirement
- Ensuring product supply tasks are effectively carried out in line with agreed process
- Managing the purchase order process and developing solutions to supply issues
- To further develop (in conjunction with other departments) all systems necessary for the company to fully utilize all applicable applications within SAP which will implement in 2018.
- Ensure ERP migration project to SAP and system interface project with 3PL.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Very good excel skills to develop the replenishment model
- SAP key user knowledge
- More than 15years experience in SC with management level
