A global sports fashion company is seeking a 'Sales Representative' as follow;
* Job Title : Sales Representative
* Title : Daeri ~ Gwajang
* Location:  Seoul

{Roles and Responsibilities}
- Optimize sales and Drive revenue growth and maximize profits
- Communicate with franchise stores & Enhance Relationship with franchise store managers 
- Manage improvement of the store environment 
- Sales: Optimize sales by achieving sales goals with assigned accounts. Accountable for selling products to assigned accounts. 
- Planning / Reporting: Develop accurate and realistic sales forecasts and scenario plans. Use advanced skills for strategic account and analysis of assigned accounts. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
- Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent and responsive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.  
- Competition / Marketplace: Accountable for in-depth knowledge of competitor’s policies, programs and products, as well as territory and national demographics and economic influences. Demonstrate leadership through regional / national industry participation.
- Events: Drive sales and build relationships by facilitating retailer events.

{Requirements}
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 to 7 years of Brand sales management experience. 
- Prefer a strong understanding of product lines.  
- Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
- Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
- Be able to develop accurate and realistic seasonal forecasts and scenario plans. 
- Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
