[Responsibilities]
Professionalization of company Dealerships regarding After Sales business
-Network steering of Private Capital Dealers
- Assist all dealerships as a professional After Sales Consultant
- Derive and agree on measures to improve the dealer performance jointly with the dealer management
-Initiate and manage Service Core Process in dealers
-Support Network Development by Area analysis, project support and monitoring
-To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required
[Qualifications]
- University(college) degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of appropriate professional experience in the automotive After Sales industry, - Experiences in automotive workshop processes and/ or workshop network support preferred
- High After Sales expertise
- Ability to give consultative support
- Good command of English speaking & writing
