[RESPONSIBILITIES] 

Communications 

• External digital communications

  - Support developing digital marketing communications strategy in Korea

  - Manage & update website using Drupal and create new contents to drive organic traffic

  - Manage social media channels (Linkedin, Youtube) and create & localize contents to raise awareness and drive traffic to the website

  - Keep track of customers' online behavior on digital channels through Google Analytics and develop metrics reports

• Internal digital communications

  - Manage & update VK intranet using Lumapps

  - Help the deployment of the Group’s internal communications program/campaigns

  - Create & localize HTML email for internal communications using Stripo

  - Assist in internal news/materials

• Marketing materials support 

  - Assist in developing Annual Operational Reports for customers

  - Support developing marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, audiovisuals, etc.

  - Manage & update company presentations, project map, media kits, etc.

• Event management 

  - Help preparing exhibition and seminar

• System Management

  - Manage the payment process of the Marcom team using SAP

  - Register new suppliers to the system and support

Marketing

• Marketing & market research

  - Support project development activities by industry/market/raw materials price research & monitoring

• CRM & Demand generation

  - Assist in the deployment of NPS survey through Qualtrics and manage the customer data

  - Respond to sales leads and inquiries from the website and manage them to develop pipeline

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, management, or related field.

- Digital communication skills (website, SNS, CRM, e-marketing, etc) with content development

- Knowledge of design programs (Photoshop or related program, Drupal, ), audiovisuals

- 5 years experience 

- Active manner in a marketing/communication role.

- Excellent in English & Korean (writing, verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
