- 선행문헌 조사 및 분석/ 특허성 및 FTO 의견 제공
- 경쟁 약물 특허 분석, 특허 전략 수립
- 출원 및 심사대응, 특허 포트폴리오 관리
- 라이센싱 업무 지원
- 분쟁 대비 및 소송
{Requirements}
- 학력: 화학/ 제약 관련 전공, 학사 이상
- 합성 신약/ 화학분야 물질 특허 5년 이상 경험자 (변리사 우대)
- 미국 특허 실무 및 국내외 임상 허가 관련 지식 보유자
- 영어 Communication skill (written & verbal) 보유
- 병역필 또는 면제자
- 해외여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
