외국계 IT solution 회사에서 ‘IT Support Manager’를 찾습니다.
[Duties]
• Responsible for assisting, leading and directing the Helpdesk and Desktop Support team of the IT Department in the APAC region
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT Helpdesk and Desktop Support and will ensure assigned projects are completed on-time and within established budgets.
o Administers and maintains systems that support desktop environment which includes, Anti- Virus, Imaging, Windows & Mac Driver updates, phone system and Helpdesk ticketing system
o Responsible for the purchase, installation, and life-cycle management of all Laptops, PCs, printers and copiers
o Supervise staff, including: establishing and communicating performance expectations, providing positive and constructive feedback, determining training and development needs and conducting on-the-job training
o Conduct Individual Development Reviews
o Make hiring, discipline and/or termination decisions
• Day to Day support of users in Seoul Office
• International travel as needed.
[Requirements]
• BS in Computer Science or business related curriculum
• IT Helpdesk/Desktop Management experience
• Hands-on technical experience in a PC LAN environment

[Preferred Competencies]
• Google Suite of Apps, Google e-mail, Google Drive
• Understanding of Cloud technologies, AWS is a plus
• Basic Understanding of Storage Technologies like SAN, EMC, Hitachi
• SQL Server and Database (MS SQL or MySQL)
• Microsoft Windows Clustering
• Apple/Mac technologies
