-  Business Development 실장

-  고용형태: 정규직

-  근무지: 서울

 

[업무내용]

-  시장 상황, 정보등에 따른 목표와 전략 수립

-  R&D 제품의 Licensing-Out 실행, licensing-In 및 Alliance Management

-  신제품 및 신규사업 기회 발굴

-  Licensor/Licensee와 원활한 협력관계 구축

-  팀장/팀원들의 목표 관리 및 교육을 통한 개발기회 부여

 

[자격요건]

-  4년제 대졸 이상. 약학 및 관련 전공자

-  관련업무 10년 이상으로 licensing in/out 업무 경험자

-  유창한 외국어 능력: 영어and/or 일본어

-  제품 도입시 평가를 위한 충분한 지식 보유

-  리더쉽과 조직 관리 스킬 보유
