* Job Title: Sr. Legal Counsel
* Location: 서울 본사
* 필수사항: 한국 변호사 자격증 소지자, M&A 경력, 영어 보고 가능자, 총 7-10년 경력 보유자
* 우대사항: 유명 로펌 근무 경험자, 환경/건설/에너지 관련 경력 있으신 분 우대
[Responsibilities]
- Identify any legal matter or subject with potential legal impact in Korea and to propose pertinent courses of action to General Counsel
- Provide answers to General Counsel’s requests
- Prepare, draft, negotiate contractual documentation (general and commercial contracts) for each project with public or private clients
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, amending any documents required for corporate transactions
- Providing sound and reliable advice on various legal, commercial, and/or risk issues relating to pursuit and execution of various development projects
- Provides guidelines and recommendations for the legal follow up of the Projects
- Advising and assisting on all varieties of legal matters in Korean laws
[Job Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree with solid academic credentials
- Juris Doctorate from 1st tier law school, and qualified to practice in Korea
- At least 4~5years experience and expertise as a member of top law firm and 3 years of legal department of large company
- Excellent level of speaking and drafting in English and Korean
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal knowledge and experience within a dynamic commercial environment
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience and current capability to immediately take primary responsibility for reviewing, advising and negotiating all development or construction project pursuit documents (from LOIs and RFQ/RFPs to EPC contracts and all required subcontracts)
- Ability to work in a large legal team setting within an international organization and comfortable with working with Korean and as well as foreign staff
- Nationality – Korean
