- Job Title: Production Process Manager

- Position: Manager / Assistant Manager upto Team Leader

- Division: Refinery Team

- Location: South Korea

{Responsibilities}

- Refinery Equipment SME: Periodic check-up and oversight during operations on Equipment to ensure prevent stoppage

- Refinery Process SME: Understand the Principles of the Refining Process and Characteristics of Operations to Produce Bio-Medical Products

- Preparation of Buffer, Order and Storage for Refining Process Materials and Consumable Parts

- Transfer of Refining Process Technology (Process, Materials and Consumable Parts, Documentation Design)

- Schedule & Process Management (Annual/Monthly Production Planning, Daily Workload Distribution)

- Preparation of Process Equipment (CIP, SIP, P-test, Transfer etc…)

- Documentation & Recording (Production Report, Standard Operation Procedure, Log Book)

- Equipment Management (Maintenance, New Equipment Purchasing, Supplementation and Inspection of Equipment)

- Region Management (Clean Room / Tech Core inspection and Supplementation)

- Common Activities (Manage Production Shifts, Training and Monitoring of Production Process, Record Keeping)

{Requirements}

- Master’s Degree

- Major: Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering etc..

- Over 5 years of cGMP production experience

- Large scale refinery equipment experience (Chromatography, Filtration, Buffer Prep., Bulk fill, etc…)

- GMP inspection experience

- Technological Transfer experience

- Change Control & Deviation Management experience

- Equipment inspection experience (FAT, IO, OQ, PQ)

- Process Inspection experience (PV)

- Safety Management experience

- Understanding of Protein Refinery process and engineering

- Understanding of Refinery Equipment and Measurement Sensor

- English Documentation (Production, SOP, Technical Details)
