Position: Cosmetics Cross-border Business Director

Title: Director Level

Location: Shanghai (China)

<Job responsibilities>

1. Responsible for the relationship and corporation with the e-commerce channels in China

2. Business development keep good relationship with the management level of e-commerce platforms

3. Improve cross border business team structure, set up and implement development strategy, allocate resources and performance management reasonably

4. Collect and analysis the market information of China cosmetics market, develop and new business strategy

5. Achieve sales targets.

<Requirements>

1. Bachelor and above degree

2. More than 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce. Familiar with cross-border operation, good relationship with local e-commerce companies

3. More than 5 years of experience in business negotiation

4. Strategic thinking work under pressure with high execution and decision-making power

5. Strong interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.

6. Working experience in cross border cosmetics industry is preferred.

7. English and Korean speaker preferred
