[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Working within the overall company market development framework

- Responsible for understanding the market opportunity for company

- Continuously improving go to market strategy to develop this opportunity

- Develop the Country business through ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices

- Optimize grower returns and increasing sales through understanding the value chain and strong relationship management with go to market partners

- Work with the Regional Marketing Manager to create new demand through the implementation of marketing programs

- Restructure the effective and efficient distribution and operational infrastructure, taking into account cultural, economic, and risk considerations

- Implement agreed country plan effectively optimising the annual result 

- Lead and develop the Korea team: Recruiting, Training, Motivating, Communicating

[REQUIREMENTS]

- Preferably a tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing, with a strong technical understanding of sales strategy and principles

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales roles at FMCG

- Solid consumer based marketing thinking and knowledge of brand development

- Key account management in retail channel

- General Management experience is plus

- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading teams

- Good negotiation skills, planning, data analysis and target orientation

- Language skills – English (spoken and written), Korean (Spoken and written)

- Ability to work cohesively with various people across different levels and cultures

- Self-starter and possess the ability to work independently to achieve goals
