One of foreign company is seeking a ‘Finance Supervisor as follow:

- Position: Finance Supervisor

- Title: Daeri ~ Gwajang Level

- Location: Seoul

- Report to Finance Manager based in China

 

 

[Roles and Responsibilities]

·    Maintain full set of financial records for the entity, including Balance Sheet Reconciliation in compliance with local accounting standard.

·    Ensure compliance can adherence to the policies and procedures.

·   Support Finance Lead for monthly closing activities for entities, including preparation / posting of entries, reconciliation of accounts etc

·       Support accounts payable / receivable function

·       Assist in accurate and timely filing of statutory accounts and tax filing, including VAT and WHT.

·       Assist in facilitation of audits and tax filings

·       Other ad-hoc activities, as required

 

[Requirements]

•     Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualifications

•   Minimum 5 years of accounting experience covering entire general ledger (A/R, A/P, fixed assets, intercompany charging)

•     Proficient in Microsoft Excel

•     Mark to Market knowledge is a Plus

•     Good interpersonal and communication skills

•     Korean and Chinese capabilities

•     Independent thinker and a dependable team player

•     Adhere to deadlines and ability to work under time pressure

•     Keen learner with positive attitude who is adaptable to changes

•     Detail-oriented

•     Willing to be hands-on
