Foreign company owned WCF (Wood Chip Fuel) manufacturer is seeking a ‘General Manager (대표이사)’ as follow;

* Job Title :  General Manager (대표이사)

* Position: Senior Director (Jeonmu Isa or Sajang)

* Location:  Namwon (Cholla-Bukdo)

* Reporting to Division Head (Foreigner)

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

0. Develop & Manage Sourcing of wood, Operations and sales of WCF (Wood Chip Fuel) within the regulatory specifications and H&S (Heath & Safety) Framework

   

1. Wood Sourcing (Upstream Business): Responsible for the sourcing of the Wood Residue and Trees

- Develop the sourcing by continuously extending our Network of Partners in the Tree felling Industry/Municipalities/Wood Unions, etc.

- Secure the sourcing with Long Term Wood Supply Agreements (Minimum 130,000 t/y)

- Make sure the Wood Quality is as per company requirements

2. Operation: Responsible for company P&L

- P&L: Budget/Monthly performance review

- Fuel Volume & Quality Management

- Employee/Partners management

- Implement and Monitor company Health & Safety Standards

- Asset management: Maintenance, LTSA (Long Term Service/Supply Agreement), etc.

- Logistics Management

- Permissions & Agreement with Local Residents and Municipalities for smooth Operation    

3. WCF Sales (Downstream Business): Responsible to find WCF Buyers

- Develop the Sales activity by finding new customers to make sure a minimum of 100,000 tons/year WCF is delivered.

- Negotiate Long Term WCF Supply Agreement with buyers in order to match the Sales Targets (Volume, Selling Price, Quality)

[Qualifications]

 - Commercial experience  in sales and in business development, if possible in WCF field  

 - Operational experience  in WCF

- Good Knowledge in Wood Chip Fuel 

 - Project management

 - Strong autonomy

 - Fluent English or French
