One of the biggest local ad production companies is seeking a ‘Finance Controller’ as follow;

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Responsible for reporting Financial Forecasting & Budgeting timely and properly

- Provide financial support services to management and upper level to secure sustainable business growth

- Overall responsible for managing accounting functions + general accounting + cost accounting + treasury + tax reporting

- Develop and analyze financial data (annual budgets, sales forecast and strategic plan)

- Take responsibility for budgeting, expense review, P&L review and cash flow projection

- Analyze and interpret the operating result to establish reasons of variance (forecasting vs actual), determine action plans, and develop realistic forecast

- Assist management in developing strategic plans, business planning, and monitoring operational performances

- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to provide appropriate information for management of the business operations

- Identify problems, and initiate and present the sound operational recommendations and corrective actions based on financial analysis

- Ensure that financial commitments are met as economically as possible

- Manage a progressive taxation strategy and endure accurate provision of tax in accordance with corporate requirements

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- SAP user

- AICPA and/or KICPA preferred

- Sound knowledge at local tax laws and relevant tax authorities in Korea

- Good relationship with government and professional institutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Accounting or Economics

- Fluent English & Superior management skill

- Proficient PC (MS Office) for strong analytical and reporting skills

- Proven organizational skills / Decisive / Trusted / Result-Oriented
