* Job Title: Sr. Legal Counsel

* Location: 서울 본사

<Responsibilities> 

- Provide legal support to the company and its Korean affiliated companies on wide range of day-to-day legal issues in the context of development for existing and future business opportunities

- Responsible for ensuring company’s activities comply with relevant laws and regulations

- Supervise and ensure that the Group’s interests are protected in contractual documentation

- Shall further evaluate situations with potential legal impact and propose pertinent courses of actions to General Counsel

<Requirements>

- Bachelor’s degree with solid academic credentials, 

- Juris Doctorate from 1st tier law school, and qualified to practice in Korea;

- At least 4 years experience as a lawyer of a law firm

- Excellent level of speaking and drafting in English and Korean

- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to apply legal knowledge and experience within a dynamic commercial environment

- Sound understanding of fundamental construction law, construction contract issues and construction project risks

- Prior M&A experience preferred

- Nationality - Korean
