One of leading entertainment machine companies is seeking an ‘Overseas Sales Director’ as follows;

Position: Overseas Sales Director

Location: Seoul

Level: Sangmu Isa

 

[Responsibilities]

- Assist international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.

- Analyze and implement all operational plans to ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.

- Analyze data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales, design and marketing teams providing key business insights:

- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace

- Identifying valuable emerging market

- Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in production and sale of products.

- Develop plan and implement effective international sales methods to meet all sales targets.

- Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice

- Develop and maintain negotiation with international distribution agencies.

- Manage everyday communication with all global dealers and detect issues and opportunities.

- Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management.

- Design plans to increase company’s international marketing and ensure concentration on foreign market.

- Negotiate, manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/supplier relations.

 

[Requirements]

- Proven experience as Overseas Sales Director or similar role

- BSc/BA in business administration, communications or relevant field

- 10+ years’ experience in Sales or relevant fields

- 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role

- Strong understanding of international sales

- Solid demonstrable track record in International sales.

- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

- Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline

- Accurately forecast sales results

- Follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales quotas

- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

- Excellent presentation skills & English
