A global leading foreign healthcare company is seeking a Finance Manager as follow;

 

* Job Title: Finance Manager
* Gender:  Male or Female
* Location:  Seoul (Gangnam)

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for overall finance and accounting function
- Closing and maintaining the company's general ledger on a monthly basis in compliance with local and US GAAP
- Preparing monthly forecasts for presentation to senior manager of Company and AP Office
- Working with Asia Pacific Office to develop a controls/Sarbanes Oxley compliant environment
- Implementing and overseeing corporate policies and procedures, including development and oversight of internal review function
- Coordinating local/federal tax and reporting obligations of company
- Providing strategic insight and consultation to company leadership
- Serve on management team of growing business
- Coordinating with Asia Pacific on treasury functions
- Ensure appropriate legal review of business contracts and solicit internal and external legal advice as required

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- BA degree in Business Admin/Finance/Accounting (or equivalent)
- 7+ ears similar finance/accounting experience
- Experience working in multinational organization preferred
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Fluent English for AP/HQ communication
- US CPA license preferred
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare market preferred

 

* will not have any subordinates and will need to be a Playing Manager type for the time being !!!
