A foreign pharmaceutical company is seeking a 'Project Management Team Leader' as follow;
* Job Title: Project Management Team Leader
* Experience: over 10 years
* Report to APAC Function Head
* Location: R&D Center (Gyunggi-do)
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Take initiatives and proactively work with cross-functional teams to optimize communications between global offices to set and meet the project timeline
- Make sure that liaising activities are duly performed and accurate information are delivered so that important decisions can be made in time by key stakeholders
- Ensure proper planning of resources and budget for any given project
- As a team leader, optimize team operation based on efficiency and accuracy of outputs
- Perform training when necessary in order to seek such optimization
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve the team members’ project management skills
- Accurately and closely communicate and report to APAC management
- Set the project timeline and proactively work with relative teams to meet the target launch date
- Budget Planning & Management (Project budget, OPEX & CAPEX)
- Predict possibility of risks associated with project-related activities
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- More than 10 years-experience in related field
- Master's degree or above, majoring in pharmacy or related department
- Excellent leadership skills and highly motivated
- Excellent planning and time management skills, logical thinking & creative problem-solving ability, good communication & negotiation skills, proactive personality
- Excellent reporting skills.
