A global leading foreign company is seeking a 'Tax Manager' as follows;

* Job Title: Tax Manager
* Position: Bujang ~ Chajang
* Gender:  Male or Female
* Age: 38 - 44 years old
* Location:  Seoul

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Prepare and report to Group, tax packages for all Korean entities on a quarterly basis, including when forecast 1/2 and budget
- Coordinate tax adjustments for CIT returns of all Korean entities
- Establish tax policy and support project finance managers in dealing with major tax issues
- Liaison with tax firm and accounting firm
- Prepare and cope with tax audits or tax investigations on all Korean entities
- International taxation inclusive of TP, PE, Thin cap, etc.

 

[REQUIREMENTS]
- More than 5 years tax management experience in manufacturing company and advanced qualification of financial accounting & legal knowledge
- Friendly user for SAP A1 system
- Advanced financial accounting knowledge and experience
- Required K-IFRS accounting experience
- Financial negotiation experience
- Strong legal knowledge preferred
- Required fluent English communication skill
