* Job Title: Process Improvement Manager
* Division: Waste Business
* Position: Bujang ~ Chajang
* Location: Seoul HQ
* Preferred Age: Mid 30's ~ Mid of 40's
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Establish a roadmap to complete 'Standardized Process Map' of workflow by respective activities by respective sites ('end-to-end' processes)
- Define operational terminologies, processes, activities, workflows and operations by respective sites
- Assign roles& responsibilities of every single path of processes, activities and workflows to designated positions and departments/teams
- Understand, collect, process information on BOM & Routing in order to draw blueprints for costing and performance gap analyses (i.e. standards vs actuals)
- Provide process, activity, workflow and operations improvement points by respective sites based on the structured information processed via the above
- Simultaneously to seek standardized points of processes, activities, workflows and operations in order to collectively set out Standard Operating Procedures of identical/similar processes, activities, workflows and operations amongst Waste Business
- Simultaneously to consider future digitalization with interfacing with SAP
- Translate the above definitions into manuals, practices and policies
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor Degree of Process Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Process Improvement (/Innovation; PI) field with systemization in a medium to large organization
- Experience in management/development of 'end-to-end' process flows in fast-faceted manufacturing environment with knowledge on manufacturing process, activities and workflows
