* Job Title: BD (Business Development) Manager

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
{Business management}
- Provide business development on mature segment (Forest & tree) on new client
- Define his/her prospecting plan in line with commercial strategy of the EBL (Energy Business Line) : priority targets, target distribution, analysis of the target and the prospect's decision process
- Identify for concrete project the client’s needs and value
- Conduct commercial actions in order to obtain the signature of an operating and / or service contract
- Catch attention the prospect by signing NDA and collect preliminary set of data
- Own qualify the potential of the new case applying rules of Selling Price Policy defined by Management of EBL
- Compute data related to business case in the global commercial database
- Collaborate with technical department to define the most competitive offer to the client
- Communicate and Coordinate with the client for the site audit to be conducted smoothly in a support of technical team
{Project management}
- Manage the project development for prospection phases to the coordination meeting for take over the contract in operation
- Use the global database and Integrated Project card to follow up the new business case
- Technical and / or economic feasibility studies, offer review, Business Plan
- Define the key point of the commercial offer
- Lead Commercial and contractual negotiations
- Elaboration of contracts with the support of Back Office
- Support for the operating team to take over the contract
{Contract Management}
- Elaboration of contracts with support of Back Office
- Participate to annual review of contract
- Support key account and operations manager for extension scope of the contract
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Education: Engineer Background (High Commercial Background)
- Experience: Engineer or Business school wide experience or equivalent level, professional license (Thermodynamics or Mechanical engineering or Environmental engineering or similar)
- 3~5 yrs commercial & business development experience and skills
- Language: Fluent in English and Korean
