[Position Description]
Professional who will provide the best in class business development and new market exploration for Electronics Solutions thru silicone technology as well as expended to region based in application of Electronics, Electrical specialty Chemicals for x-EV Transportation and Lithium-ion Battery industry. The successful candidate will immediately be engaged in setting up the key business contact to the customers and implementing Korea regional strategy aligned with business strategies. The qualified candidate will be given a growth opportunity to be electronics solution expert.

 

1. Manage key electronics customers and build close relationship with key stakeholders.
2. Lead commercialization excellence activities targeting to x-EV Transportation and Lithium-ion battery industry
3. Interface customers to identify unmet needs, explore new opportunities in the market, and cultivate it through internal commercialization excellence team works.
4. Provide advices related to the selection and use of products and services

 

[Desired Qualification]
Extensive knowledge and/or strong motivation are desired to learn silicone solutions and leverage it to build external application of Electronics, Electrical specialty Chemicals for x-EV Transportation and Lithium-ion Battery industry, and also have excellent customer interfacing skill as key competency to fulfill the role and responsibility of regional business development specialist.

 

1. Excellent in both Written and Spoken English
2. Proactive, Self-Motivated and Pursues continuous Learning and Skill-building
3. Great enthusiasm to learn and develop in Commercial (Sales, Marketing) roles
4. Excellent customer interfacing skills
5. Customer Focus – ability to build strong Customer Relationship
6. Good teamwork and Interpersonal skills
7. BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Admin in case of working experience for chemical industry are preferred
