[Position Description]
- Support commercialization of module assembly silicone solutions for Asia photovoltaic OEM customers
- Develop expertise of module assembly Si solution, taking solutions from the laboratory to manufacturing  scale at customer module assembly operation
- Will have capacity to translate/facilitate company's key module assembly technology/solution both at existing and new application
- Will be interacting with numerous individuals and multi-countries/functional teams to implement

aggressive projects on time

 

[Desired Qualification]
- Highly motivated to be part of a significant solar growth opportunity
- 3 ~ 7 years relevant experience in photovoltaic or specialty chemical industry in the fields of process or product development, and/or technical service preferred
- Experiences in the electronic industry and/or the construction industry are also valuable
- BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or related engineering degree preferred
- Proven to perform multiple projects to completion & interact effectively in cross-functional & global

teams with strong customer focus
- Must have high energy with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities, to prioritize & handle

multiple projects simultaneously with emphasis on quality & speed
- Excellent verbal and written English skill is MUST
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Will be given extensive training opportunity for Solar and Module Assembly Solutions
