[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Manufacturing cost analysis vs budget and rolling forecast per product and merchandise

- Standard cost variance analysis per cost factors: Material, Labor and OH cost. 

- Ensures monthly cost closing is completed in a timely and accurate manner. 

- Working capital as measured by Days of Payables Outstanding (DPO) and Days of Supply (DOS ; Month on hand inventory)

- Competitive strategic long-term manufacturing cost plans, rolling forecast. 

- Excellent resource allocation based on plant strategic plan and production product mix plan.

- Long-term costing plan: per portfolio growth and coordination with RA & Quality partner 

- Delivery and quality of business plan: timeliness, detail, insight, innovation. 

- Regional and global coordination: alignment with regional and global strategies & best-practice. 

- Product launch success tracking vs budget and rolling forecast. 

- BEP / BES analysis for B2B business and pruning impact analysis. 

- Inventory obsolescence management. 

- Sound asset management of plants

[REQUIREMENTS]

- 영어 의사소통 필수 (Written & Verbal) 외국인 공장 APAC 임원 및 Finance APAC 임원과 Communication 가능한 자

- Plant 가 있는 제조 (제약 experience prefer)에서 Controller 원가 관리 등으로 근무한 경력이 있는 자

- People Management (2명의 팀원 이상) 경력 있는 자
