- 생물학, 생화학, 분자생물학, 약학, 의학 등 박사 학위 보유
- 유관 경력 5년 이상 보유
- 핵산 및 바이오 신약개발 관련 업무 경력 보유자 우대
- Manager/Leader 경력 2년 이상 보유자 우대
