[JOB PURPOSE]

- Responsible for developing, directing and coordination of the complete marketing plan for our brand. Trade marketing manager will lead the developing and executing of marketing activities to drive sales and promote brand awareness in each channels of our Brand. This position is responsible to plan and program branded customers focused campaigns for on the following segments: Footwear, Apparel & Accessories. You will also collaborate with Brand Marketing, Retail and Wholesale team to develop digital activations, special events, retail consumer experiences, and POS promotions to drive and influence sales. The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter with proven experience in building and executing successful digital and traditional marketing programs.
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Manage all communication and brand activities within B2C and B2B channels based on global guideline
- Act as the interface between the regional trade marketing organization and global marketing team
- Responsible for digital communication activities and support Ecomm business
- Launch monthly focus item with VM and develop seasonal VM in retail stores
- Based on retail store open plan, develop Store interior according to retail guideline
- Communicate and share segment information regularly with all relevant team members within the sales organization
- Forecast and manage trade marketing budget
- Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives in each channels
- Identify and evaluate business-building opportunities and develop short and mid-term marketing plans
- Recap monthly store performance, reporting current business trend as well as, competitor performance
- Proactively follow current fashion trends, industry news, and technology and analyze key competitors in the market
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Marketing
- Experience for a fashion/luxury brand preferred
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
- Requires ability of strategic planning
- Experience in managing marketing agencies for production, online and event
