다음과 같이 국내 유명 제약회사에서 'Franchise Head' 담당자를 찾습니다.

* Job Title: Franchise Head
* 직급: 부장 이상

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth of rare disease product
2. Collaborate with a partner for Korean market success aligned with global strategy
3. Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
4. Develop new customers and manage KOL relationships (new and existing)
5. Manage diverse teams (marketing, sales, medical affairs etc.)
6. Support market access team to expand product usage (expansion of reimbursement criteria, expansion of reimbursed indication)
7. Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
8. Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
9. Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring 


[QUALIFICATIONS]
1. Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
2. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with KOLs
3. In-depth understanding of medical project or activity
4. High standard of compliance
5. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
8. Strong English skill for transparent communication with a partner
9. Medical, Pharmaceutical or biology related educational background is preferred
