* Job Title: MD (Merchandising) Planner

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

* Planning

 - Yearly budget set-up for category sales and stock turn target to align with company target

 - Implement RFC by month to forecast category sales and stock status to reach a given target

 - Conduct and guide sales analysis and merchandising reporting for OKR channels

 - Lead & share insights into IT related systems which are necessary for efficient work processes of Merchandising team

* In-season Management

 - Execute initial allocation to stores by working closely with merchandisers

 - Manage efficient operation of supply, rotation, and return of products by each channel

 - Plan product delivery schedule execution with Logistic and Operation teams

 - Identify business opportunities based on stock, sell-thru result and marketing calendar

* Operation

 - Follow up order confirmation, actual receipts of all merchandise under merchandisers’ guidance,  if necessary

 - Lead registration of product master upon products arrival at a warehouse

 - Lead SKU and inventory status report by channel and store level

 - Update weekly sales report for outlet product & stock level checking every week

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- 4-8 years of Merchandising / Planning experience in retail fashion and sports industry 

  (minimum 2 years of experience in allocation and planning)

- Strong business acumen and analysis skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both internal and external)

- Advanced skills in MS Office

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure 

- Customer focus with business sense & strong interests in fashion trend

- Excellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion of sport & fashion brand 

- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving

- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
