* Job Title: Legal Manager

* Experience: Over 8 years ~

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Provide strategic legal advice by combining legal knowledge with business understanding on a wide range of legal issues

- Structure, draft, review and negotiate various contracts and legal documents both in Korean and English for BD, marketing, manufacturing and intercompany transactions

- Identify potential legal risks that the company may be exposed to and develop policies and practices to prevent and/or to manage identified risks

- Liaise with, and provide training to, other departments within the company to ensure the integration and implementation of aforementioned policies and practices

- Coordinate and support litigations, government investigations or tax audit etc.

- Manage external lawyers

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- JD/LLB degree from an accredited law school

- Licensed to practice as an attorney in Korea preferred

- More than 8 years of experience post qualification

- High proficiency in English and in Korean
