[RESPONSIBILITIES]

- Achieve Sales Volume (Sell in and Sell out) and/or financial targets

- Manage Customer Funds and/or Shopper Marketing Budgets, optimizing ROI

- Deliver effective Analysis of Sales Data and optimize Promotions ROI

- Deliver Target Distribution and Perfect Store Targets

- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with Customers

- Key account/Distributor management

[QUALIFICATIONS]

- Experience in FMCG Saels including KA Sales roles in E-commerce and ideally Trade Marketing/Marketing

- Experience in managing different Retail customers and/or multiple Distributors, to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term growth

- Experience of developing customer Plans and executing trade & shopper marketing programs wit excellence with Customer

- High proficiency in English and in Korean
